Colin Cowherd Vs. John Wall – You Pick The Winner

Quotes from the Colin Cowherd as he called out John Wall on his show (If you can call it that) The Herd:

“Before the game started, he spent 34 seconds doing the Dougie. That tells me all I need to know about J Wow. Then he opened his mouth later and confirmed it. Not a sharp guy. All about him.”

“Rajon has rings. Wall will NEVER have one.”

“When you rob a bank, it’s not just the act of it, it’s that you sat down for weeks and planned it. That tells me you’re an idiot. The act is just the final icing on the cake. The cake is you sat down for weeks and planned it.”

“What he did last night, Rondo never would, Isiah never would, J Kidd never would, Stockton never would, Nash never would, Magic never would.”

“Point guard is like the quarterback. It’s an IQ judgment position. The great ones are not about themselves, it’s about the others. Leadership is IQ, it’s not skills.”

“He’s going to end up on the Iverson, Francis, Starbury, great stats, 9 All-Star teams, never play with good smart players and an elite head coach. He’s going to drive people nuts.”

“The great misconception about the NBA. It is a thinking man’s league . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . John Wall”

Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post, said it best when he said the following:

The thing about people like Colin Cowherd is this: they say dumb stuff so that gullible people will write down the dumb stuff they say, and then other people will react with possibly misspelled outrage, and then they’ll get to see their name on web logs, chuckling with sinister satisfaction in their secret lairs.

This is the very first thing John Wall said after the game.

“Yeah, it was great, man, the one thing I want to really work on, though — great win for the team — but turnovers,” Wall lamented. “I came back in and had nine or eight. That’s too many turnovers for this team.”

For your viewing pleasure, two videos, the full rant by Colin Cowherd (Worth the listen for the water cooler talk) and Magic Johnson doing the John Wall Dance.

I watched this Jerk’s show and what a waste of time it is. He thinks he knows sports plus he also thinks he is funny, well I have a 15yr old male poodle who is more in tune with the sports world and a hell’va lot more funny than Polin the Terd. If this the best ESPN can do then there is some sick suckers running that company.

I just had a surprise for my wife delivered to our office. I order a water cooler and it is now set up in the corner. My wife is not here right now, she will be here in a couple of hours. I just started my own business not all that long ago and my wife comes in for several hours a day to do the computer work for me. We have both been joking that we need a cooler in the corner to make it feel like a real office and so now we have one. I got it for a great price.

Colin why the hate?? Now if you are gonna compare boxscores shouldn’t you go back to Rondos first couple of games. John Wall does need to get better with the ball and he will. Rondo is no doubt the best in the game today. Tomorrow aka next season will Wall be better? No one knows so stop the hating Colin it doesn’t look good on you.
