Rick Pitino’s recruiting misfortunes continue…

Kentucky Sports Radio with an update on Michael Chandlers recent decision… reported late last night that their #2 center and #13 player overall in the class of 2011, Michael Chandler, will reopen his recruitment. Chandler, although stating that he remains “committed” to UL, will look around at other options, a la Austin Rivers. Along with Wayne Blackshear, Chandler was a cornerstone of a class that UL fans were very much looking forward too, especially if Marquis Teague was to join them.

One has to wonder what effect this might have on the upcoming decision of Marquis Teague, which is expected to come this Thursday.
